Description

The Morris County Park Commission (the Park Commission) requests bids from qualified vendors for the provision of Landscape and Restoration Plants Specification Catalog Sales.

This is an Open-Ended Contract and will be on an As-Needed Basis. Past history has shown that the Park Commission typically requires 26 lawn cuts at each site per year, however, these are Estimated Quantities (Open-Ended Contracts, Purchase as Needed) The right is reserved to decrease or increase the quantities specified in the specifications pursuant to Statute. NO MINIMUM PURCHASE IS IMPLIED OR GUARANTEED

In response to COVID-19, the Park Commission is observing social distancing practices. Accordingly, bidders are strongly encouraged to mail responses via USPS, UPS and FedEx, etc. Potential bidders wishing to hand deliver their qualifications may only do so in person at the time of the bid opening. No bids shall be accepted after the designated time, and the Park Commission will not assume responsibility for bids forwarded by mail or delivery service, nor any other conveyance.

Prospective bidders are not required to attend the bid opening, but those choosing to attend are required to observe social distancing practices and to wear masks. Bid review and providing unit prices will not take place at the bid opening. Instead, this information will be posted online once available.
