The Morris County Park Commission (MCPC) requests bids from contractors PRIMARILY ENGAGED IN PAINTING SERVICES such as renovation, restoration and when necessary new application of various types of paint, stains, urethanes and oils for both interior and exterior applications throughout the Park Commission’s facilities. At the direction of the Owner, the contractor shall abide by any and all architectural documents, historical requirements, specification sheets and construction documents provided by MCPC and its design professionals. The Owner reserves the right to add future or delete facilities during the contract period. The Painting Contractor shall be referred to herein as “contractor” and the Morris County Park Commission referred herein as “MCPC”
It is the intent of these specifications to establish the minimum requirements for an “On-Call” contractor whose PRIMARY line of work is that of Painting Services (without the use of subcontractors), licensed by the State of New Jersey, to perform such needed services for the MCPC.
