REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING STRUCTURAL SERVICES FOR SMALL PROJECTS
The Morris County Park Commission is seeking proposals and qualifications from qualified Engineering and architectural/engineering (A/E) firms to provide professional Engineering services for small projects at various locations throughout the Morris County Park Commission, as may be needed,
Qualified consultants are being solicited through a fair and open process in accordance with N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.1, et seq. The successful bidder shall comply with the Affirmative Action Requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27.
Request for Proposal documents may be obtained on or after Thursday, March 12, 2015, during regular business hours, 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., prevailing time, Monday through Friday, from Mark Holster, Director of Park Operations, Administration Building, 300 Mendham Road, Morris Township, New Jersey. The above information will also be accessible from the Morris County Park Commission’s website at www.morrisparks.net under the “Public Bids/Vendor Registration” link. The Park Commission shall not be responsible for full or partial sets of Contract Documents, including addenda, obtained from any other source.
Sealed RFP responses must be received in the Office of the Director of the Park Operations no later than 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, March 26, 2015. Three copies of the qualification/proposal packets shall be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked “Proposal – 2015 PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING STRUCTURAL SERVICES FOR SMALL PROJECTS” to the attention of Mark Holster, Director of Park Operations.
The successful firm must demonstrate the ability to deliver services that adhere to the requirements outlined in this RFP, and provide required references.
