204-25 - Professional Land Surveying Services

Qualified consultants are being solicited through a Fair and Open process in accordance with N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.1, et seq. The Morris County Park Commission (the Park Commission) is seeking a statement of qualifications and proposed rates to provide Professional Land Surveying Services at various locations throughout the Morris County park system.

The Park Commission requests proposals and statements of qualifications, experience, and references from individuals and firms qualified to provide Professional Land Surveying Services for a variety of County parks, in order to create a pool to be requested on an as-needed basis.

The Park Commission may select up to four (4) firms to provide general land survey tasks in accordance with New Jersey state statutes and codes for a one (1) year term discipline that deals with land surveying services for locations requested by the Morris County Park Commission. Surveys may be for locations, boundary surveys for land acquisition or other purposes such as site development plans, environmental assessments, capital project construction sites, and other projects as needed.
