NOTICE OF RFP Exempt Services The Morris County Park Commission is soliciting proposals through a fair and open process in accordance with N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.4 et seq. Sealed RFP responses will be received by the Purchasing Agent on December 11, 2015 at 10:00 A.M. in the Administration Building, 300 Mendham Road, Morristown, New Jersey 07962 at which time and place responses will be opened for: MORRIS COUNTY PARK COMMISSION Professional Legal Services as Special Counsel RFP-100-16 Specifications and instruction to bidders may be obtained at the Administration Building on or after Tuesday, November 24, 2015, during regular business hours or on the Morris County Park Commission website at www.morrisparks.net under the “Public Bids//Vendor Registration” link. As a participating agency in the Morris County On-line Bid System, registered participants will receive electronic notification of future opportunities and any addenda issued for this contract. The Morris County Park Commission shall not be responsible for full or partial sets of Contract Documents, including addenda, obtained from any other source. Respondents shall comply with the requirements of P.L. 1975 C127 (N.J.A.C. 17:27et seq.)
