The Morris County Park Commission (MCPC) is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to provide professional service trail improvements at various locations throughout the Morris County park system. The scope of services may include, but are not limited to, the following:
Provide professional trail improvement services for the management and maintenance of trails as well as trail related training services within various parks throughout the MCPC. The Park Commission will select one (1) contractor to provide these services.
Said Request for Proposals (RFP) will be available electronically via BidNet. Hard copies are only available for pick-up upon request. Contact Denise Chaplick at 973-326-7605 or dchaplick@morripsparks.net to make arrangements for pick-up from the Morris County Park Commission Administration Building, 300 Mendham Road, Morristown, New Jersey. RFP’s will be made available on and after Monday November 9, 2020.
Qualified Contractors are being solicited through a fair and open process in accordance with N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.1, et seq. The successful respondent shall comply with the Affirmative Action Requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27.
Proposals must be received at the Morris County Park Commission office at The Morris County Park Commission Administration Building no later than 10:00 a.m. on WEDNESDAY DECEMBER 2, 2020. HAND DELIVERIES SHALL BE DROPPED OFF IN VESTIBULE OF THE LOBBY.
The proposals should be clearly marked “RFP 1104-20 - Professional Services Trail Improvements” to the attention of Denise Chaplick, AICP, Director of Park Planning and Development, Morris County Park Commission, Administration Building, 300 Mendham Road, P.O. Box 1295, Morristown, New Jersey, 07960-1295. HAND DELIVERIES SHALL BE DROPPED OFF IN VESTIBULE OF THE LOBBY.
