In response to COVID-19, the Park Commission is observing social distancing practices. Accordingly, contractors are strongly encouraged to mail responses via USPS, UPS and FedEx, etc. Potential contractors wishing to hand deliver their RFQ may only do so in person at the time of the RFQ opening. No RFQs shall be accepted after the designated time, and the Park Commission will not assume responsibility for RFQs forwarded by mail or delivery service, nor any other conveyance.
Prospective contractors are not required to attend the RFQ opening, but those choosing to attend are required to observe social distancing practices and to wear masks. RFQ review and evaluation will not take place at the opening. Instead, this information will be posted online once available.
