AREA PLAN - Grant Request for Proposals (RFP’s), pursuant to N.J.S.A 40A:11-4 et seq. for county residents age 60 and over and/or adult family caregivers of individuals age 60 and over and/or adult family caregivers of elderly individuals at any age due to Alzheimer disease or related disorders for the 12-month period commencing January 1, 2022 to December 31, 2022. The County reserves the option to exercise two (2) twelve (12) month renewal at the discretion of the County subject to the availability of funds and to the continuing satisfactory performance by the provider.
