RFQ #Q21-77 - Food Services for the COVID-19 Vaccination Site for the Div. of Emergency Mgmt.

The County of Morris Department of Law and Public Safety, Division of Emergency Management are requesting statements of qualifications from local food service providers to provide such services for pickup ONLY – NO DELIVERY INCLUDED. It is our intent to create, by award of the Morris County Board of County Commissioners, a pool of food service providers to prepare a Continental style Breakfast and/or a“Box type Lunch” food product for approximately 100/120 people for a period of March 1, 2021 through December 31, 2021. Location: Pickup ONLY – NO DELIVERY REQUIRED. Hours/Days: Open Monday through Sunday 8am to 7pm

Breakfast must be ready at 6am – to be picked up by County personnel Lunch must be ready at 10:30am – to be picked up by County personnel Coffee/Tea should be prepared in urns No beverages The vendor’s location should be within a reasonable distance from the Rockaway Mall which will be determined by the County for purposes of pick up. A weekly menu containing the meals Monday through Sunday should be submitted to the County on the Friday before the following week.
