M19-77 - High Bridge Branch RR Resurfacing, Twp of Mt Olive

Construction Services for the High Bridge Branch Railroad Resurfacing.
Bid drawings and plans MUST be picked up in the Division of Engineering and Transportation located in the Administration & Records Building, 10 Court Street, 2nd Floor, Morristown, New Jersey, 07963, on or after Thursday, May 2, 2019 between the hours of 8:30 AM-4:30 PM.  Payment of fees is by check or money order for a non-refundable fee of $50; made payable to “County of Morris”, with Bid Number and Name in memo section of check.

A Bid Bond, Certified Check or Cashier’s Check in the amount of 10% of the total bid, but not to exceed $20,000 must accompany each bid, made payable to the COUNTY OF MORRIS.  EACH BID MUST BE ACCOMPANIED WITH A CONSENT OF SURETY which states that the surety company will provide the Bidder with the with a Performance Bond, Payment Bond and Maintenance Bond as specified in the Contract Documents in the event the Bidder is awarded the Contract.
