The purpose of this project phase is to expand the functionality of the Preservation Trust web application for Municipal and Non-Profit Open Space to additionally manage Farmland Preservation, Flood Mitigation and Historic Preservation; and eliminate the maintenance and administration of the otherwise unique and non-resilient program databases and supporting user interfaces. Phase I of this project, created a new database, several supporting web APIs & microservices, and a client web application, to manage the Open Space Trust Fund program. , Phase II, of this project proposes to extend the Phase I application to support three additional programs managed by the Morris County Planning & Preservation Department.Morris County will continue to support five microservices that are descendants of this project (Security Token Server, User Identity API, Email API, Azure Storage API, Angular ESRI Map Library). The architecture for the Phase II solution shall follow the same development patterns as Phase I, except that all frameworks and APIs (previous and new) must be upgraded to the latest long term support (LTS) versions. For Each program module, the Vendor will be responsible for database design, web API design and web application design.
