Q16-09 - Lease of the Morris View Healthcare Center

The Morris County Improvement Authority (the "MCIA"), on behalf of the County of Morris (the "County"), is seeking a qualified respondent to lease the Morris View Healthcare Center ("Morris View") for continued operation of Morris View as a short-term medical, therapeutic and continuous care facility.  The successful respondent must be committed to providing the highest quality care to the residents of Morris View. This Request for Qualifications (the "RFQ") seeks Statement of Qualifications (the "Qualification Statement") from qualified respondents.
