Summary of Specifications:
The purpose of this specification is for a double-boiler type melter applicator that is specifically designed for and shall be capable of heating and applying all grades of asphalt rubber sealant and specification joint sealant material up to application temperature in one hour or less. The melter shall have a continuous sealant agitation and a mixing system to provide uniform viscosity and temperature of material being applied.
