ITB-DP-6-2012 - Demolition of Riverside Drive Properties

Summary of Specifications:
This bid requires the demolition and proper disposal of eleven properties in the Twp of Denville. All demolition work is to be done in a neat manner, consistent with the best acceptable industry practices, Demolition to include the removal of permanent construction materials which are existing, and includes but is not limited to concrete, metal, masonry, wood roofing, equipment or materials of like intent. The demolition shall include the removal of two empty storage tanks at two separate properties. The bid also requires grading and seeding the property where structures were located to meet the natural contour of the surrounding land and to protect from potential erosion. Properties must be demolished 60 days afer Notice To Proceed on each individual property. Acquistion dates may differ and notice to proceeds may differ.
