Summary of Specifications:
Summary of Project is to erect and construct an addition to the Township of Denville Police Department to create a new and larger locker room space and storage area. Entire existing police department will be repainted, all carpeting replaced and dropped-ceiling tiles replaced. Some curbing, sidewalk and site work will be required. Once bids are received and formally opened in the Township Clerk's office, the Township Council has 60 days to award this bid. The intention is to present the qualified bid to the Township Council for award at the July 17, 2012 council meeting. Once this bid is awarded and all contract documents are complete the contractor has 180 days to complete this project.
