This Request for Bids (“RFB”) seeks bids from qualified licensed professionals for the provision of general maintenance, installation and repair services for the facilities of the Township of Denville (the “Township”). The Township seeks to enter into an agreement with one contractor to provide carpentry and masonry work at its facilities and for curbing and sidewalks in the downtown areas. Bidders are expected to bid on both of the requested services in whole.
The following general services may apply and are to be completed according to all
UCC Regulations and the Township of Denville Municipal Ordinances.
1. Carpentry: provide general carpentry maintenance, installation, repair, emergency and related services at its facilities on an “as needed, when needed basis”.Services include, but not limited to: drywall repair, painting, shelf building installation, roofing (no flat roofs), siding and gutter repairs, windows, renovations and tile.
2. Masonry: provide masonry repairs and maintenance. Services include but not limited to: sidewalk construction and repair, curbing projects, paver projects, small concrete pads (ex. Generator pads, AC Unit pads) and handicap ramps.
