Summary of Specifications:
The work includes the furnishing of all labor, materials and equipment necessary to complete the work as described in the Specifications. Plumbing sub-contractor not required. The eleven properties to be demolished are located on Riverside Drive within the Township of Denville and include: site work and general construction. The work shall be completed based on a staggered schedule according to individual closing dates. Con¬trac¬tor will receive a written Notice to Proceed on each individual property, as closing dates occur.
