2022-10 - Proposed ADA Improvements at The Municipal Building

This project is for the construction of an ADA compliant ramp for The Municipal Building. Plans identify all areas of construction locations. All construction materials and execution shall follow the, “New Jersey Department of Transportation Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction, 2019” (NJDOT). Wherein this project occurs items that are listed as, “Americans with Disabilities Act” (ADA), ADA.gov and Public Right – of – Way Accessibility Guidelines (PROWAG), access-board.gov, these shall be the governing agencies and shall supersede NJDOT standards.
