This project consists of the installation and construction of an owner supplied spray park system
and the reconstruction / enlargement of a wading pool with a zero entry edge in the same location
as the previous pool. Also included in the proposed project is the construction of+ /-7200 sf of 4"
concrete pool deck pavement, and + / - 3300 sf of 4 different variable depth colored concrete
pavement areas, 165 linear feet of 18" poured-in-place concrete seatwalls, as well as +/-165 sf of
variable height poured-in-place concrete retaining/ seatwall. In addition, the installation of 3
owner supplied canvas top shade structures on inground concrete footings along with + /- 250 If of
4' high black pvc coated chain link perimeter fence, with (3) 4' man gates and one double 5' swing
gates. A new water service connection (wet tap) and service line of + /- 560 If of 6" DIP pipe from
the main located within Fairview A venue (CR 637) to an owner supplied, contractor installed fire
hydrant, with all Township required valves and fittings. In addition, two light fixtures are to be
installed on one light pole.
