The front load container shall be used by the department of Public Works primarily for general recycling and solid waste purposes i.e. moving, loading, conveying of commingled products such as metal glass and plastic, paper products and vegetative waste, etc. It will also be used for general construction work and/or yard work purposed as deemed necessary by the using agency. Optional second year extension if agreed upon by both parties.
