Procedures:
• You may visit the above schools on the given date and time.
• Site visits must conclude by 6:00 pm.
• A vendor COVID-19 Questionnaire (in the bid specification manual)
must be completed for each person visiting for the buildings.
• Please turn this form in upon your arrival to gain entry to the
buildings.
• The visit will be self-guided.
• No questions may be asked of school district personnel during this
time, all questions must be submited to BidNet.

The Board of Education and the Architect assume no responsibility for bids mailed or misdirected in delivery.
