Summary of Specifications:
Chaves County is seeking proposals from qualified individuals or organizations to provide commissary services for offenders confined at the Chaves County Adult Detention Center (CCDC). For the right to provide such services, the contracted firm would pay Chaves County an agreed upon percentage of sales. Offenders will be allowed to purchase products from the commissary a minimum of once per week. All sales will be made via order forms with ordered products being packaged and delivered to CCDC the next day.
