Description

Project consists of the replacement of (5) five existing roof top water source heat pump units and 106 general efficiency water source heat pumps. The work shall include the removal of the existing units and the installation of the new heat pump units, connecting the necessary ductwork, electrical lines, gas lines and etc. to have a complete functioning unit and with a water tight installation. The intent of this project is to replace the existing equipment with new equipment. All work shall be done pursuant to applicable Federal, State and Local Laws, regulations and codes.
