Summary of Specifications:
Chaves County hereby desires to contract under a term agreement for professional architectural/engineering (A/E) services for various construction and general consulting projects. The County from time to time needs A/E services for the performance of design work, cost estimates, general consulting services and construction management on various projects. The intent is to contract for these services on an “as needed” basis. If awarded, the initial contract period would run from the date of award through June 30, 2006 with the option to renew for up to three additional one year terms.
