Summary of Specifications:
The intent of this specification is to describe a new and unused aerial device truck (boom truck). This vehicle is used to install and perform maintenance on traffic signals. The City of Clovis reserves the right to purchase other vehicles at a later date on this bid. However, no later than June 30, 2010. The bidder should indicate how long they would be able/willing to provide additional vehicles at the bid price.
