Summary of Specifications:
The City of Clovis, will receive sealed bids at the the Purchasing Office located at 321 Connelly, Clovis, New Mexico for the project described herein no later than 10:00, AM local time on December 27, 2005 . Bids are to be addressed to Dave Boswell, date and time marked on the outside of the envelope. Delivery of bids is the sole responsibility of the bidder, and late bids will be rejected as non-responsive. Bids will be opened and publicly read aloud. Project bid/contract documents may be obtained from the location(s) listed below. A deposit of $100.00 is required for each set of project bid/contract documents, refundable upon their return in good, useable condition within ten (10) days of Bid Opening. All bonding, wage rates, and DOL registration requirements as stipulated in the New Mexico Statutes and Bid documents shall be applicable.
Pre-Bid Conference will be held on Thursday, December 8, 2005, 10:00 a.m. at the site.
Description of work: Asphalt parking area, CMU fence and dugouts, chain link fencing, concrete paving, field lighting and earthwork.
