The Clovis Fire Department is requesting proposals for the training of a building collapse rescue team. The proposed training for the specialized technical rescue team shall be compliant with the specifications listed and all applicable regulations and/or standards for such training as established by agencies and organizations such as the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), and the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA).
