Summary of Specifications:
The City of Clovis is seeking engineering firms to submit sealed proposals to handle various Engineering projects. Proposals must be received in the Office of the Purchasing Agent for the City of Clovis no later than April 7, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. A pre-RFP conference will be held on January 14, 2009 and February 11, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. in the City of Clovis assembly room in City Hall. The contract for said services shall be for a two (2) year period. At the end of that time and for a period of six (6) additional years the City shall have the yearly option of renewal or soliciting proposals for a new firm. Engineer project fees will be negotiate for each project.
