RFP-10-0224-08 - Inspection-Testing of Fire Systems-Equipment

Summary of Specifications:
1) The City of Clovis, (the City) is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) for the purpose of soliciting proposals for annual fire extinguisher inspections, annual/semi-annual inspections, and repair services for all city owned fire protection systems. The City intends to contract with one or more provider(s) for these services, and seeks the most cost-effective solution based on the representative criteria contained in this RFP. The winning Contractor will have a proven track record in the successful delivery of quality inspection and repair services. Proposals will be submitted as in five (5) separate categories: i. Category 1 - Fire Alarm System Inspections ii. Category 2 - Fire Sprinkler System Inspections iii. Category 3 – Hood Fire Suppression Systems iv. Category 4 - Fire Extinguisher Inspections v. Category 5 - All Systems Maintenance
