Summary of Specifications:
1.1. The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to solicit proposals from qualified experienced laundry, uniform, and linen service firms to provide the City of Clovis with this service. The initial contract will become effective on or before August 10, 2006, once approved by the City Commission, and shall be performed for a period of two (2) years. The City reserves the right to exercise the option to extend this agreement for up to six (6) additional twelve (12) month periods for a maximum term not to exceed four (8) years.
