Summary of Specifications:
The City of Clovis is interested in continuing the current plan designs; however, the City's interest in any plan design changes would center around a Point-of-Service (POS) benefit type program and 2 HMO options as well. Currently The City of Clovis offers a POS Plan with a $20 office visit copay In-Network and an HMO 10 and and HMO 25. Your response should include alternatives to the current plan designs that take into consideration costs. Prescription copays currently are at $10/$20/$35.
