Summary of Specifications:
This project consists of the following improvements: Pavement removal/replacement and water service replacement. Work to include: Traffic Control; Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan; Cold milling asphalt; re-compaction of existing base course; new hot mix asphalt, removal and adjustment of existing valve boxes and manhole ring and covers; remove and replace existing curb and gutter as directed by city representative, and sub-excavation and replacement with new base course is required.
