The District, in cooperation with the Public School Facilities Authority (PSFA), is seeking bids to administer the following project: Intent: The successful offeror will collect information of all facilities equipment and systems that need to be operated, maintained and repaired include all mechanical, electrical, plumbing and utility systems at the site, including, but not limited to:
• Heating, Ventilating & Air Conditioning Equipment & Systems • Air Handling/Distribution Equipment and Systems • Domestic Water Equipment and Systems • Electrical Equipment and Systems (All Voltages) • Elevating and Conveying Equipment and Systems • Fire Protection Equipment, Controls and Monitoring Systems • Food Services Commercial Equipment including Refrigeration Units • Playground Structures and Equipment • Sanitary Sewage Equipment and Systems • Security Equipment, Controls and Monitoring Systems • Underground Site Utility Systems • Water Treatment Equipment and Systems • Roof Coverings
Collected data is to be annotated on the provided excel forms. The District will provide a district-unique Item Number format for identifying and tagging all equipment, systems and roof components. Preferred automated bar-coding system
