Description

ACES is seeking a consultant/consultant firm(s) to work in six primary areas to enhance the educational technology tasks of ACES Participating Agencies. The intent of this RFP is to award a contract(s) that supports the following: hardware, software, networked managed maintenance, website development and maintenance, disaster recovery/offsite data storage, performance of preventive and current technology problem resolution (to include on-call services), and (optionally) provide strategic technology planning and technology policy and procedure writing/assistance to support a smooth functioning, cost effective supportive technology.
