Description

Pursuant to state and federal law, the NM Association of Charter Schools Education Services (ACES) is soliciting proposals on behalf of various member schools participating in the National School Lunch Program (NSLP), Fresh Fruit and Vegetable Program (FFVP), School Breakfast Program (SBP), or Seamless Summer Food Service Program (SSO), Summer Food Service Program (SFSP), and Children Adult Care Food Program (CACFP), and may contract with one or more Food Service Management Company(s) (FSMC) to operate eligible school food services for the SFAs. The administration of all USDA Child Nutrition Programs is the responsibility of the New Mexico Public Education Department. ACES anticipates the potential of making multiple awards under this solicitation. Please refer to complete RFP packet for all details and requirements.
