Description

ACES is a public entity which conducts procurements and puts in place contracts authorized for use by over 90 ACES Participating Agencies, most of which are charter schools. ACES is seeking through this solicitation to award one or more contracts for Property and Facilities Management Services to be used on an as needed basis by any ACES Participating Agencies. Specific scopes of work would be specified and agreed to between the Participating Agency and the Contractor, with quotes based on terms, conditions and pricing of this ACES contract. It is anticipated that multiple awards will be made, and that awarded contracts will have the potential for annual renewal through 2029. Please refer to RFP and any addenda issued for all details and requirements.
