1. All bids must be submitted on the "Bid Form" provided within the Invitation to Bid as "Appendix C."

2. All bids must be received no later than 11:00 AM (Mountain Time) on Wednesday, November 7, 2018 at the Socorro County Manager’s Office, 210 Park Street, Socorro, New Mexico.

3. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope or container and be clearly marked with the words: Sealed Bid Enclosed, ITB 2018-08-402: VARIOUS ROAD MATERIALS Bids that are not submitted in a sealed envelope or container will not be accepted.

4. Filing time marked or stamped on the sealed envelope or container by Socorro County shall be the official time of receipt of the bid.

5. To preclude possible errors and/or misinterpretations, bid prices shall be affixed in ink legibly written or typed. In case of discrepancy, amounts stated in words shall govern.
