ITB-899-GC - RESURFACING METAL ROOFING OF BUILDING 202 & 203

Summary of Specifications:
This project includes the preparation, seam repair and recoating of existing metal roofing on two buildings totaling 22,000 square feet. In accordance with Article 15A of the Executive Law, this project includes goals of fifteen percent (15%) Minority Owned Business Enterprise Participation and fifteen percent (15%) Woman Owned Business Enterprise Participation for a combined MWBE goal of thirty percent (30%) Certified MWBEs can be found at https://ny.newnycontracts.com/FrontEnd/VendorSearchPublic.asp. A participation goal of six percent (6%) for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Businesses (SDVOB) is included in this project.
