ITB-726-GC - Runway 10-28 Obstruction Removal

Summary of Specifications:
The obstruction removals for the west end of Runway 10-28 includes removals on contiguous area of approximately 19 acres of mature trees, plus removal of several dozen individual mature trees, and various clearing, grubbing, topping, and other vegetation management activities in other locations totaling approximately 5 acres. The project also includes the relocation of a golf course driving/practice range, and modification to several tee boxes and one bunker. Note that an offerer/bidder is required to be, or have as a subcontractor, a golf contractor meeting specified qualifications for construction of the golf components of the project.
