Summary of Specifications:
T-Hangars Improvement Project at Albany International Aiport. GC Consist of construction of tow prefabricated metal T-Hangar buildings (one single engine ten-unit hangar and one twin engine ten unit hangar with an additional 84 foot by 60 ft hangar unit attached to the north end). Other infrastructure includes a new access roadway, two car parking areas, aprons, signage and security fencing. E Project consist of extentsion of underground electric utility primary and provision of electrical service to both hangars; electrical fit-out of hangar interiors including distribution/metering equipment, fire alarm systems, lighting and electrical connections to motorized bi-fold doors; and additional site improvements including site lighting, electrical connections to vehicular gate and installation and integration of new security and surveillance components with existing systems.
