Albany County is requesting sealed bids for the 112 State Street Partial Basement, 8th and 11th Floor Renovation Project.  Due to the nature of this project, bidding documents are not available online.  Documents are available at the Albany County Purchasing Division located at 112 State Street, Room 1000, Albany NY 12207.  Currenly the public is not available past the security desk.  You can make arrangements at the desk to pick up documents or you can supply your Federal Express Account number and the Purchasing Divsion will send out.
