RFP-2016-089 - Addiction and Recovery Family Support Navigator

Summary of Specifications:
In an effort to provide support and guidance to Albany County families and their loved ones struggling with addiction issues, Albany County is seeking proposals from Eligible Agencies who can implement the delivery of Family Support Navigation services throughout Albany County. The successful proposer will develop and facilitate the delivery of high quality, results-oriented community-based programming and must be equipped to expeditiously implement and make this service available to families and their loved one’s struggling with addiction issues in Albany County. These services will primarily be delivered by an Addiction and Recovery Family Support Navigator hired by the Eligible Agency who will provide oversight to ensure consistency and quality services in the community.
