RFP-2014-003 - Air Compliance Testing for Multiple Hearth Incinderators

Summary of Specifications:
Request for Proposal to conduct air emissions testing of four multiple hearth incinerators (MHI) in accordance with 40 CFR Part 60 Appendix A testing methodology in order to demonstrate compliance with emission limits established by the US EPA. Testing will be conducted at the Albany County Sewer District North and South WWTP. There are two multiple hearth incinerators at each facility, two (2) BSP Envirotech, ten (10) hearth North and two (2) Nichols seven (7) hearth South.
