RFB-2024-042 - Air Compliance Testing for Multiple Hearth Incinerators

Request for Proposal to conduct air emissions testing of multiple hearth incinerators (MHI’s) in accordance with 40 CFR Part 60 Appendix A testing methodology in order to demonstrate compliance with emission limits established by the US EPA. Testing will be conducted at the Albany County Water Purification District’s North and South WWTP. There are two MHI’s at each facility; two (2) BSP Envirotech, ten (10) hearth MHI’s at the North facility, and two (2) Nichols, seven (7) hearth MHI’s at the South facility.
