Summary of Specifications:
Sealed bids will be received by the Albany County Purchasing Agent at: 112 State Street, Room 820, Albany, NY 12207 until 11:00a.m. Thursday, May 28, 2015, at which time they will be publicly opened and read. 

The work site is located on Old School Road in the Town of Bethlehem, Albany County, New York. The owner of the concrete bridge deck is Albany County. The owner of the remaining superstructure and entire substructure is CSX Transportation Inc. This project is being administered by Albany County.
