RFQ-2018-047 - Congregate Services Initiative

Congregate services shall mean services for persons 60 years of age and higher which are provided by a public or private non-profit agency in community settings at which older adults age 60 and older come together for services and activities that respond to their diverse needs and interests, enhance their dignity, support their independence, and encourage their involvement in and with the community, and which seek to prevent the well older adult age 60 and over from requiring more intensive services such as those provided under non-medical expanded  in-home services and non-institutional respite services.
