The County of Albany is seeking Proposals for Congregate Services Initiative to preserve and enhance funding for programs that promote wellness and ensure that older adults do not face unnecessary isolation and deterioration as requested by Albany County Department for Aging.

The Albany County Department for Aging (ACDFA) has received an allocation of Congregate Services Initiative (CSI) grant funds from the State Office for Aging. The Department is looking to fund worthy projects or services that meet the established criteria listed below. Proposals may not exceed $3,000.
