Summary of Specifications:
The intent of these specifications is to furnish information to responsible proposers for the purpose of obtaining proposals to retain a NYS Licensed engineer to provide complete design and construction inspection services as outlined in Section 4: Scope of Services for the Helderberg Hudson Rail Trail Connecting Link between Phase I & II located from NY85 Bridge to trailhead at beginning of Phase II in the Town of Bethlehem. The length of the connecting link is approximately 1000 feet.
