RFP- 2016-024 - Design of Tabletop Exercise Response to Crude oil Incident

Summary of Specifications:
The County of Albany is seeking proposals to Assist With Development, Design, Conduct and Evaluation of a Tabletop Exercise Related to a Response to a Crude Oil Incident as requested by the Albany County Sheriff’s Office. 

Albany County Sheriff’s Office Critical Incident Emergency Management Unit (ACSO CIEMU) is currently accepting bids from vendors to assist with development, design, conduct and evaluation of a Tabletop Exercise related to a response to a crude oil incident involving a railroad accident. The exercises will concentrate on command post operations and communications, including radio communications. Work will include assisting and guiding CIEMU staff with planning and conducting the exercise and assisting with preparation of the after action report. All work related to the exercise must be completed by September 1, 2016.
