Summary of Specifications:
The consulting firm will provide professional and consulting services for the Albany County Nursing Home as it relates to the RHCF-4 Medicaid Cost Report for the Department of Health and to assist in the preparation and filing of the Medicare Cost Report and Compilation of Financial Statements.

The firm will assist in the annual preparation, certification and electronic filing of the Medicaid and Medicare Cost Reports as well as other financial reports and documents as specified in the Scope of Services.
